Registrations and renewals, watched year-round

Trucking runs on a calendar of registrations most owners learn about the hard way: the biennial MCS-150 update that can deactivate your DOT number if missed, annual UCR fees, IRP plates, and state-level renewals that vary by operation.

TenFour keeps your renewal calendar, alerts you well before each deadline, and prepares applicable filings for your signature.

What we do

Biennial update (MCS-150)

Your update window is tracked by your DOT number's schedule, prepared for review, and filed on time — missing it can deactivate your number.

UCR renewal

The annual Unified Carrier Registration fee is monitored and prepared each cycle, at the published government fee with no markup.

IRP & state renewals

Plate and state registration dates tracked per vehicle, with reminders that leave time to act, depending on your operation.

One renewal calendar

Everything with a date lives in your compliance calendar — upcoming, due soon, done.

Who it's for: Interstate carriers of any size that are tired of registration surprises.

Common questions

What is the MCS-150 biennial update?

A federal information update every carrier must file every two years — even if nothing changed. The filing month follows your USDOT number. Missing it can deactivate the number.

What is UCR?

The Unified Carrier Registration program collects an annual fee from interstate carriers, set by fleet size. Fees are set by the UCR plan — we pass them through at cost.

Do you handle IFTA too?

Yes — quarterly fuel tax filing is its own service. See IFTA fuel tax filing.
