TENFOURCOMPLIANCE

How it works

You drive. We watch the paperwork.

Getting started takes one conversation. Staying compliant takes a system that runs every day. That part is ours.

Three steps, and you are set up

1

What we need from you

Tell us about your operation

Ten to fifteen minutes, by text if that is easier. Your trucks, your drivers, your authority, what you haul and where. Photos of documents are fine. You do not need to scan anything.

2

What we do first

We build your Compliance Profile

Your USDOT number pulls what the public record already knows. We work out every requirement that applies to your operation, collect what exists, chase what is missing, and lay out a twelve-month calendar. Then a person reviews the whole thing before you see it.

3

What happens from then on

We monitor, prepare and confirm

Every day the calendar is checked. Filings are prepared before they are due. Anything that needs your signature, your decision or your own government login, you review and submit yourself, paying any fee directly; we confirm it landed and archive it in your vault. The filings, the driver files, the consortium paperwork and the calendar run together, under one membership.

The operating model

A traditional compliance company sells you a person's hours. TenFour builds the system that does the clerical part and keeps the person for the judgment calls, which is the only honest way to sell a department at this price.
  1. 1

    Software collects

Your USDOT number pulls what the public record already knows. You send the rest by text, photos are fine. Documents are read, classified and filed automatically.

  2. 2

    Systems monitor

Every deadline that applies to your operation is on a calendar that runs itself: daily checks, alerts at 60, 30 and 7 days, filings queued when they come due.

  3. 3

    AI prepares

Filings are pre-filled from your profile. IFTA is computed from your ELD and fuel exports. Routine questions get a drafted answer from your own account and the help hub.

  4. 4

    A person reviews

Every filing, every driver file sign-off, every answer that could be read as advice. Sam reviews the output, never the data entry.

  5. 5

    You approve and submit

Where a signature, a decision or a government login is yours, you review it on your phone, submit it yourself and pay any fee directly. We confirm it landed and archive it in your vault.

We automate the repetitive work so human time goes where it actually matters.

A traditional compliance company bills for the hours a person spends re-keying dates and chasing documents. TenFour builds the system that does that part, keeps a person on the judgment calls, and prices the difference into the membership.

What automation does. What a person does.

The line between the two never moves, so you always know what is watching your account and who is accountable for it.

What automation does

  • Pulls your public FMCSA record and keeps watching it
  • Reads, classifies and files every document you send
  • Runs the calendar: daily checks, alerts at 60, 30 and 7 days
  • Pre-fills filings from your profile so nothing is retyped
  • Builds IFTA returns from your mileage and fuel exports
  • Produces the monthly scorecard
  • Drafts answers to routine questions from your own account

What a person does

  • Reviews every filing before it is submitted
  • Signs off that each driver qualification file is complete
  • Works the exception queue, anything the system flags as odd
  • Handles anything that could be read as advice
  • Writes the DataQs go/no-go and drafts the challenge
  • Prepares you for a new entrant audit and the files it asks for

Nothing goes to a government agency on a machine’s word alone. That is the one rule the system is built around.

What you actually see

Most of the work is meant to be invisible. These four things are not.
  • Text confirmations

When something is filed, you get a text saying what went out and what came back. Not a notification badge: a sentence.

  • A monthly scorecard

One page: what we handled, what is coming, where you stand on safety data. Two minutes on your phone.

  • Your vault

Every document, organized per truck and per driver, current and downloadable. Yours, whether or not you stay.

  • One number to text

Routine questions answered the same business day by someone who knows your account. No ticket queue, no phone tree.

Questions about the process

How long does onboarding take?

The conversation is ten to fifteen minutes. Building your profile and calendar takes us a few business days, depending on how much already exists and how quickly documents come back. You will know what is missing on day one, not at the end.

Do I have to upload everything myself?

No. Send photos by text and the system reads and files them. Anything already in the public record we pull ourselves. What we cannot get (a medical certificate, an inspection report, a fuel export), we ask for once and then chase it, rather than leaving it on a to-do list you never see.

What actually gets filed without me?

Routine filings that only need information already on file: the MCS-150 biennial update, UCR. IFTA is different: we prepare and reconcile the return, but you file it yourself from what we hand you, the same as Form 2290. Anything that needs your signature or a decision comes to you for approval first, and a person reviews every filing before it is submitted either way.

What if something is wrong or unusual?

It goes to the exception queue and a person handles it. If it turns into work measured in hours (rebuilding missing mileage records, a corrective action plan, an unusual carrier structure), we quote it before anything starts at $95 an hour for members, one-hour minimum. You are never billed for a surprise.

One conversation and your calendar is covered.

One company, one monthly payment, one place for your compliance. $99 a month for the first truck on the annual plan, $59 for each additional truck up to 6, every driver included.

$99/month is the annual plan for one truck, billed $1,188 up front, about two months free against $119 month to month. Each additional truck is $59/month ($69 month to month), every driver included, up to six trucks. Cancel any month; remaining full months refunded.
