Who we are. TenFour Compliance (“TenFour,” “we”) provides administrative compliance-support services to trucking companies. Contact: sam@tenfourcompliance.com.

What we collect. Information you submit through our forms (name, email, phone, company details, USDOT number, and messages), information needed to deliver our services (compliance documents and records you provide), and basic analytics about site usage.

How we use it. To respond to inquiries, deliver the services you request (including preparing the free DOT Health Check from your public federal record), send service communications, and improve the site. We send marketing email only with an unsubscribe link, and text messages only where you have opted in; reply STOP to opt out at any time.

What we don't do. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it except with service providers who process it for us (for example, our CRM and communication tools), or where the law requires.

Cookies and analytics. We use privacy-conscious analytics to understand site usage. Where analytics cookies are used, you can control them through your browser settings.

Data retention and your choices. We keep records as long as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing sam@tenfourcompliance.com; we honor applicable state privacy rights.

Security. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
