BUILT FOR THE PEOPLE WHO KEEP AMERICA MOVING
When you own a small trucking company, you operate the business and run its back office. TenFour takes the administrative workload so you can focus on the part that pays: driving and running the business.
- Documents
- Deadlines
- Drivers
- Registrations
- Drug & Alcohol
- Inspections
You didn't start a trucking company to manage paperwork.
- You're finding loads.
- You're managing fuel.
- You're maintaining equipment.
- You're dealing with customers.
- You're driving.
Then there's the paperwork. One missing document. One missed deadline. One incomplete driver file. One renewal that slips through the cracks. TenFour exists to take that burden off your plate.
The problem → the fix
A date passes while you're on the road
Every deadline watched daily, with 60/30/7-day alerts
Records scattered across the cab and kitchen
One organized, audit-ready document vault
Chasing drivers for documents
We chase politely and persistently — by text — until it's filed
Confusing filings, hidden-fee vendors
Filings prepared for your approval; every price public
Meet your outsourced compliance department.
Think of TenFour like a payroll service — businesses happily pay someone else to run payroll because it's mandatory, tedious, and dangerous to get wrong. Trucking compliance is the same kind of work. We monitor your compliance workload, flag upcoming requirements, collect missing documents, organize your records, prepare applicable filings, and keep a human eye on all of it.
Automation handles the repetitive work. Humans handle the important decisions.

REGISTRATIONS & RENEWALS
Trucking runs on a calendar of registrations most owners learn about the hard way: the biennial MCS-150 update.
IFTA FUEL TAX
Four times a year, every IFTA-registered carrier owes a fuel tax return that splits taxes among the states you.
ONE TRUCK
$99/mo

- Text/email reminders + human review
No mystery pricing. Ever.

Know what you're paying before you sign up. That shouldn't be rare, but here we are.

Straight answers
What is TenFour?
TenFour is a subscription service that works like an outsourced compliance department for small trucking companies. We organize your required records, track your deadlines, prepare applicable administrative filings for your approval, and answer routine questions by text.
How much does it cost?
One truck with one driver is $99/month. Fleets of 2–6 trucks add $59 per additional driver. Every price is published on our pricing page — no mystery quotes, no sales calls required.
Is TenFour a government agency?
No — and we'll never pretend to be. TenFour is a private administrative support service. We are not affiliated with FMCSA or U.S. DOT, and we don't send official-looking scare mail.
Does TenFour provide legal advice?
No. We handle administrative compliance support — organizing records, monitoring deadlines, preparing paperwork. When a question needs a lawyer, we say so plainly and point you in the right direction.
