Administrative support, not legal advice. TenFour provides administrative compliance-support services. Nothing on this website or in our communications is legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created. For legal questions, consult a qualified attorney.

Not a government agency. TenFour is a private company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), the U.S. Department of Transportation or any government agency.

About the founder's background. TenFour's founder, Sam Bhullar. Former over-the-road driver and law enforcement professional specializing in traffic enforcement, combining firsthand trucking experience with real-world insight into roadside enforcement and regulatory compliance. TenFour is a private company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of any law enforcement agency, FMCSA, the U.S. Department of Transportation or any other government body. That background brings no special access, no advance information, no preferential treatment and no influence over any inspection, citation, audit or enforcement decision. TenFour is a private compliance-support service, not a government agency and not a law firm. Nothing about the founder's background changes how anyone is treated at a roadside stop. It changes how well you are prepared for one.

Educational content. Guides and articles on this site summarize compliance topics in plain language as of their review dates and cite official sources. Regulations change; always verify current requirements against official government sources before acting.

No guaranteed outcomes. Organized records, correct filings and monitored deadlines reduce administrative risk. They are not a guarantee. No service, including this one, can guarantee that an audit will be passed, that a roadside inspection will be clean, that a violation will be removed or avoided, that a DataQs challenge will succeed, or that any safety score, penalty or regulatory decision will go a particular way. Where we say something is likely, we say why; where we do not know, we say that too.

Free tools are estimates. The due-date calculator, the audit-readiness checker, the DOT Health Check and anything else offered free on this site produce an estimate from what you type in and from public federal data. They are a prompt to look, not a determination. A date, a score or a result they show is not a substitute for your own records, for the official record in FMCSA's systems, or for advice about your specific situation. We are not liable for a decision made on one of them.

No reliance without checking. Regulations, fees, forms and agency procedures change, sometimes without notice and sometimes mid-year. Everything here is written as of the review date printed with it. Before you act on anything on this site, confirm it against the current official source, and ask us if it matters to a deadline.

Providers we mention. Where we name a consortium, a laboratory, a process agent, a testing provider or any other company, we are telling you what we found, not certifying them. We take no commission from any of them. We do not control their work and are not responsible for it. Your agreement with a provider is between you and that provider.

Competitor prices. The prices shown on our comparison page are read from each company's own public pricing pages on the dates printed beside them. The comparison is built on scope, not on headline price: each row adds what a carrier would still have to buy elsewhere to match what the membership includes, and the method behind every figure is published on the same page. Prices change, and pages are sometimes ambiguous about what a plan includes. Nothing there is a quote from that company, and no endorsement or affiliation is implied. If something is wrong or out of date, tell us at sam@tenfourcompliance.com and we will check it and correct the page.

Plain administrative support, done well.

No government affiliation, no legal advice and no promised outcomes, just the recurring compliance work an owner-operator would otherwise spread across several providers, handled in one place and reviewed by a person.
